Below you'll find several photos of this year's 12-week fitness contest vacation. Normally we take one first-place winner (and a friend of their choice) on a Caribbean cruise; but deciding on just one winner in this year's GHF Fitness Challenge was very difficult. Four very impressive finalists really stood out from the rest, and it seemed impossible to decide among them for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, let alone who should be given 4th place without a prize.
So, we decided to award all four of them with a FREE 8-day vacation! We asked each of them where they'd most like to go and they decided on beautiful Cabo San Lucas, Mexcio. Located at the tip of the Baja Peninsula, it is the perfect vacation destination for every type of fun in the sun you could possibly imagine. The beaches, restaurants and bars, fishing, golfing, water sports, etc, are all incredible!
Our four winners were very deserving of this dream vacation. Together they lost more than 125 pounds of fat, decreased their body fat by a total of 25%, increased their strength by more than 500 pounds on the bench press and squats exercises, and lowered their cholesterol by an impressive 100 points!
